Darrell Arndt and Bit have been pards for many years now, and this has spilled over into their love for cooking. Darrell's ability to add flavor and flare by adding the the right combination of spices to the dishes for the chuckwagon has earned him the title of "mixologist" as Bit likes to call him.

Darrell can take an everyday dish and turn it into something spectacular in a moments notice. He brings this spice flavor mixing talent to the wagon to give other a chance to try out their hand at "mixing it up" in the dutch oven over open flames.
